Mulletboy Studios

Mulletboy Studios is a small/medium sized professional studio complex based in Cambridge. The studios are purpose built and acoustically modelled and treated for optimal audio performance. With easy access from Cambridge City Centre, off road parking and with disabled facilities this makes the studios an ideal choice and location.

The studio has a large client base and useful contacts within the music industry. Recently the studios were featured on BBC 2 TV, recording an episode of Dragons Den on Tour with Peter Jones.

First opened in April 2007 Mulletboy Studios offers full recording and rehearsal facilities with on-site Professional Sound Engineer and Producer.

Rehearsal Facilities

The importance of rehearsing in a simulated gig situation is important as a band or an artist. That is why when using our rehearsal spaces you will find a dedicated Monitor Rig as well as a traditional FOH speaker set up.

Sonic quality is important while you rehearse, and that is why we house a dedicated EQ and Amp room for the main room speakers. These are tuned and optimized to reduce feedback and distortion, while allowing you to rehearse at the realistic volume that a band requires.

Recording Facilities

Mulletboy Studios offer a full range of recording facilities, with dedicated custom designed control room. All live rooms are air conditioned and linked via large plasma screens to the control room for optimum communication while recording.
